Qualification Structure

To achieve the ProQual Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management (Construction) – Traditional and Heritage Building, learners must complete:

• 17 Mandatory Units
• 3 Optional Units (chosen from the optional unit group)

This pathway requires the successful completion of 20 units in total, combining the mandatory units with three optional units relevant to the learner's job role and responsibilities in traditional and heritage building construction.

The qualification is assessed in the workplace, allowing learners to demonstrate their occupational competence through real work activities, evidence, professional discussions, and assessor observations.
