The qualification has a Total Qualification Time (TQT) of 2,400 hours, 1,200 Guided Learning Hours (GLH), and 240 credits. Assessment is conducted on a Pass/Fail basis and is internally assessed and verified by centre staff, with external quality assurance provided by ProQual Verifiers to ensure that assessment decisions meet the required qualification standards.
To achieve the qualification, learner must successfully complete all 12 mandatory units, covering business management and administration principles, marketing management, human resource management, organisational behaviour, financial management, strategic management, business operations, business law and ethics, project management, information technology, business research methods, and leadership and organisational development.
