Qualification Structure

The ProQual Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations – Surveying is a qualification awarded by ProQual Awarding Body and regulated by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual). It is accredited onto the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and is published on Ofqual’s Register of Regulated Qualifications.

The qualification is designed to develop occupational competence in construction surveying and construction contracting operations. Assessment is assignment-based and evidence-based, requiring the learner to demonstrate practical knowledge, understanding and competence relevant to surveying activities within the construction sector.

The Total Qualification Time (TQT) for this qualification is 900 hours, and the Guided Learning Hours (GLH) are 130–160 hours.
