Qualification Structure

The ProQual Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is an Ofqual-regulated qualification awarded by ProQual Awarding Body and accredited on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). The qualification is directly related to the National Occupational Standards (NOS) for Management and Leadership.

The qualification has a Total Qualification Time (TQT) of 450 hours and 223 Guided Learning Hours (GLH), providing a structured pathway for developing and demonstrating advanced competence in strategic management and organisational leadership.

Assessment is evidence-based and assignment-based, allowing a learner to demonstrate knowledge, skills and occupational competence through relevant workplace evidence and structured assignments. Assessment is conducted on a Pass/Fail basis and is internally assessed and verified by approved centre staff, with external quality assurance provided by ProQual to maintain the required national standards.

To achieve the ProQual Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, a learner must successfully complete the required mandatory and optional units in accordance with the qualification requirements specified by ProQual Awarding Body.
