Qualification Structure

The ProQual Level 5 Diploma in Law is an Ofqual-regulated qualification accredited onto the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). The awarding body for this qualification is ProQual AB, and the qualification has been approved for delivery in England and published on Ofqual’s Register of Qualifications.

The qualification has a Total Qualification Time (TQT) of 2,400 hours, 1,200 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) and carries 240 credits. Assessment is assignment-based only, enabling the learner to demonstrate legal knowledge, understanding and application through structured written assignments.

To achieve the ProQual Level 5 Diploma in Law, the learner must successfully complete all required units and meet the qualification assessment requirements.
