Mandatory Requirements

Minimum Professional Experience

  • Candidates must have at least two (2) years of verified experience in training, teaching, facilitation, coaching, or instructional delivery.
  • Acceptable evidence includes:

  • Training records or portfolio of past training activities

Recognized Training the Trainer Qualification

Candidates must hold an authentic and recognized Training the Trainer certification, such as (but not limited to):

  • Train the Trainer (TTT / TOT)
  • Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS)
  • Award in Education and Training (AET)
  • Certificate in Education and Training (CET)
  • Any equivalent accredited or recognized trainer qualification
