The Qualifi Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business, Management and Study Skills is a UK-regulated Level 3 qualification designed to provide learners with a broad foundation in business, management and academic study. Accredited on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), the qualification is particularly suited to aspiring and existing junior managers, team leaders, and learners who want to develop business knowledge before progressing to higher-level study or employment.

The programme combines core business knowledge with practical workplace and study skills. Learners explore the business environment, business resources, marketing, human resource management, business communication, workplace health and safety, business operations and finance. It also develops academic and transferable capabilities through units covering English for university studies and communication and cultural skills.
