Qualification Structure

The OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management is an Ofqual-regulated qualification accredited on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). The qualification carrying a combined total of 120 credits, with 1,200 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 480 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) for the completed qualification.

Assessment for the OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management is assignment-based and designed to evaluate learners’ knowledge, understanding and ability to apply relevant health and social care management concepts. Learner work is internally assessed and verified by the approved centre, with external quality assurance provided by OTHM-appointed External Quality Assurers to ensure compliance with OTHM quality standards.

To achieve the qualification, learners must successfully complete all six mandatory units.
