Task Purpose

Learners must:

Scenario Overview:

You are acting as a fire safety officer for a 6-storey commercial building. During an audit, you are provided with the following documents prepared by a colleague

• Fire Risk Assessment – incomplete and missing key hazard details.
• Emergency Escape Inspection Form – some exits are marked “OK” even though they are blocked or have broken signs.
• Non-Conformance Report (NCR) – lacks proper descriptions of the issues, risk rating, and corrective actions

Your task is to review these documents, identify faults, and rewrite them correctly
