1990s and is undergoing partial refurbishment to modernise the offices and retail areas.
After several minor refurbishment tasks began, the Facilities Manager requested a full
fire-risk review focusing on internal and external fire-spread arrangements. The
assessor’s preliminary observations revealed multiple concerns:
