Qualification Structure

The OSHAA 132 Hours Professional Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety is a comprehensive 132 hours qualification. The qualification consists of 10 study units, providing learners with progressive knowledge and competence in occupational health and safety engineering, risk management, workplace safety and safety management systems.

Assessment is conducted through written assessment and evaluated on a pass/fail basis. Learner submissions are internally assessed and quality assured by approved centre staff, with external quality assurance conducted by OSHAA to ensure the qualification meets required USA regulatory and quality standards.

To achieve the qualification, learners must successfully complete all 10 mandatory units.
