The ProQual Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Construction and Civil Engineering Operations (Construction) – Modular Pavement Construction is an Ofqual-regulated Level 2 qualification on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), developed for individuals building or formally recognising occupational competence within construction and civil engineering environments.
