OTHM Level 3 qualifications are available to learners aged 16 and above. There are no specific entry requirements set by OTHM for these qualifications. However, OTHM ensures that learners admitted to the program possess the necessary capability at the appropriate level to engage with the learning and assessment process effectively.
It is the responsibility of OTHM Centers to recruit learners with integrity onto suitable qualifications that align with their individual needs. These qualifications should enable and support learning and achievement, as well as facilitate progression. The qualification is conducted in English.
For learners from non-majority English-speaking countries, evidence of English language competency must be provided to meet the English requirements for this qualification.
