The OTHM Level 3 Diploma in Law is available to learners aged 16 and above.
While OTHM does not prescribe specific entry requirements for this qualification, it is the responsibility of delivery centers to ensure that admitted learners possess the necessary capability at the appropriate level to engage with the learning and assessment process effectively.
Centers offering OTHM qualifications must ensure that learners are selected with integrity for suitable programs that align with their individual needs, support learning and achievement, and facilitate progression.
