  • OR CIPD Certificate (Personnel, Training, Recruitment) + 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Applicants without formal qualifications may be considered with 8+ years’ organisational experience (including 3 years in HR or 5 years in management/supervisory roles).
  • Reference from tutor or employer required.
  • APL (Accreditation of Prior Learning) may apply.
  • Holders of PgD Human Resource Management may enter with advanced standing.
  • International applicants must meet equivalent qualifications + IELTS 6.5 (min 6.0 each skill).
