The ProQual Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations – Estimating is a qualification awarded by the ProQual Awarding Body and regulated by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual). It is accredited on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and published on Ofqual’s Register of Regulated Qualifications.
The qualification has a Total Qualification Time (TQT) of 940 hours and Guided Learning Hours (GLH) of 320–340 hours, depending on the selected optional unit.
Assessment is evidence-based and assignment-based, requiring the learner to demonstrate competence in construction estimating and related contracting operations through appropriate workplace evidence and completed assessment activities.
